Egg mixture ratio = 2.5x to 1 egg

For this sample, 6 egg = 6×50 = 300ml;

dashi = 300 x 2.5 = 750ml

Instructions

1. Peel and cut 1 cm square length

2. Boil from cold water, sprink some salt

3. Boil for about 1.5 mins when water starts to boil

4. Drain with cold water to stop cooking

5. On single layer, air fry for 15 mins at 200 C., flip side in between to have all round crisp

6. Do not cover. Consume as soon as possible, else it lost its crispiness
