Ingredients

4 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Mixed rice vinegar, sugar and salt

2. Briefly boil to dissolve the mixture

3. Leave it to cool before mixing with cooked rice

4. Put cooked rice in airy bowl, mix immediately

5. Cover with a damp cloth to prevent the rice from drying up
