Ingredients
Sesame oil…1 tsp
Salt…sprinkle
Soy sauce…sprinkle
Breadcrumbs…as needed
Note:
Minced meat should not be too fine, or else the texture won’t be good
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, spread out the minced meat, sprinkle salt all over, soy sauce spread over lightly
2. Add sesame oil, crack the egg and mix thoroughly
3. Add breadcrumb and mix until the meat dough is not watery. Feel like it can make into meatballs
4. Leave the meat dough in the fridge for about 15-30 mins.
5. Remove it from the fridge, shape into meatballs of about size of ping pong ball
6. Cut the winter melon about 1-1.5 inch cube bite size piece
6. In a large pot, about 1.5 litre of stock, bring to a boil
7. Add winter melon, once boil again, add meatballs
8. Bring to boil again and simmer about 10-15 mins until meatball is cooked, add salt to taste
